Jeet pinnacle institute is the 2011 certified organization. Jeet pinnacle institute was established by Mr. Jitendra Dharamdas Gangwani in year 2011. Our head office is located in nagpur at nandanvan with its wings spread in all over maharashtra. Grammar
Grammer is the set of languages, rules that we use most of the time unconsciously, to create phrases and sentences that convey meaning. Grammer is a set of actual or presumed prescriptive, motions about current use of a language. The study of classes of words, there inflections, their functions in the sentence. A study of what is to be preferred and what avoided in inflection and syntax. The system of inflections, syntax and word formation of language. A normative or prescriptive set of rules seating forth the current standard of usage for pedagogical or reference purposes.
Vocabulary
The noun vocabulary (or vocab for short) refers to the word used in language the word vocabulary can have at least three different meanings. In our own individual vocabulary, there is a difference between; words that we understand but do not or can’t use. (Our passive vocabulary). This is true for native speakers as well as for learners. In your own language, there are many words that you see regularly while speaking & writing. These words are part of your active vocabulary and then there are many words you understand when you hear them on television for example but do not use in everyday speech. These words are part of passive vocabulary.
Facial Expression
A facial expression is more motion or position of the muscles beneath the skin of the face. According to one set of controversial theories, these movements convey the emotional state of an individual to observe. Facial expressions are a primary means of conveying social information between human, but they also occur in most other mammals and some other animal species. Humans can adopt a facial expression voluntarily or involuntarily, and the neural mechanisms responsible for controlling the expression differ in each case. Voluntary facial expressions follow a cortical route in the brain conversely, involuntary facial expressions are believed to be innate and follow a subcortical route in the brain.
Pronunciation
Pronunciation means how we say words. Most people speak the dialect of Standard English with an accent that belongs to the part of the country they from or live in. Learners of British English commonly hear RP (Received Pronunciation), which is an accent often used on the BBC and other news media and in some course materials for language learners, but it is also common to hear a variety of regional accents of English from across the world. Pronunciation is very difficult to correct if you have been speaking English for a long time. As you know, practice does not make perfect, it makes permanent that means if you practice incorrectly, it will become permanent. You need to correct this problem before moving forward because having bad pronunciation is one of the most difficult aspects of speaking to someone who does not speak English well.

The way we interact with people and present ourselves, the posture, dressing sense, how we behave and act, our happiness and success at the end depend on how we live with the people around us. To groom personality, one needs to believe itself. If a person has talent & capabilities to proceed and get success then a person should have belief, hope and positive attitude towards life. Always try to give your best in whatever field you are. Having casual attitude towards life may mislead the person. It may never lead the person further. Communication Skill
Being able to communicate effectively is the most important of all life skills. Communication is simply the act of transferring information from one place to another, whether this be vocally (using voice), written (using printed or digital media such as books, magazines, website or emails), visually (using logos, maps, charts or graphs) or non-verbally (using body language gestures and the tone and pitch of voice). Professionally if you are applying for jobs or looking for a promotion with your current employer, you will almost certainly need to demonstrate good communication skills. Public Speaking
Public speaking is the process and act of speaking or giving a lecture to a group of people in a structured, deliberate manner intended to inform, influence or entertain a listening audience. Public speaking is commonly understood as face to face speaking between individuals and an audience for the purpose of communication. It is closely allied to "presenting", although the letter is more often associated with commercial activity. Most of the time, public speaking is to persuade the audience. In public speaking, as in any form of communication, there are five basic elements, often expressed as "who is saying what to whom using what medium with what effects?" The purpose of public speaking can range from simply transmitting information, to motivating people to act, to simply telling a story. Good orators should be able to change the emotions of listeners rather than just informing them. Public speaking has several components that embrace such things can be a powerful tool to use for purpose such as motivation, influence, persuasion, informing, translation or simply echoes. In current times, public speaking for business and commercial events is often done by professionals with speakers contracted either independently, through representation by a speaker bureau paid on commission of 25-30% or via other means.
Podium Session
Podium session is the session of giving presentation on topic which is given to you. In this time you have to make people understand about your topic. In colleges, organization, company etc. We give the presentation to make people understand. It may be with handmade poster, power point presentation, or without it also. In simple words so we can say that, podium session is the process to make the group of people understand within time and less word as well affective vocabulary. Group discussion is the methodology or in a simple language you may call it an interview process or group activity.
